Website terms.
This site currently supports non-binding gift enquiries during a Dubai-first pilot. It is not an online checkout or a catalogue of guaranteed stock.
Gift ideas and availability
Concepts, budget bands and editorial imagery are illustrative. Actual products, availability, delivery options and the final quotation are confirmed by our concierge before an order is accepted. Submission of a brief does not create an obligation to purchase or guarantee delivery.
Customer communication
OCCIVO may contact you using the email or optional coordination number you provide to discuss your request. Please provide accurate details and do not include unnecessary recipient personal information.
Payments, returns and delivery
This pilot website does not collect payments. Any subsequent commercial order requires a separate verified offer and its applicable terms, including consumer rights and delivery details.
