What we collect
Your name and contact details, recipient relationship and preferences you voluntarily share, occasion, budget, timing, and the concepts you choose. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information or recipient contact details until our team requests them for a confirmed fulfilment process.
How it is used
We use submitted information to review gifting enquiries, respond to requests, propose options and improve our service. If AI-assisted recommendations are enabled, gift preferences and occasion details may be processed by a third-party AI service; contact details should not be sent to that service.
Where requests go
Gift requests submitted on the website are intended to be stored in a private Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Paris region) and accessed by authorised OCCIVO staff through protected server endpoints. The website is hosted by Netlify. If the secure request system is unavailable, a submission is not accepted and you will be asked to email the concierge. Retention, processors and cross-border data handling must be reviewed before unrestricted public launch.
